Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment and 5-10 minutes early for each subsequent visit.
We are often asked about the subject of gratuity for therapists. It is of course never required but always appreciated. As a guideline it is customary in the spa industry to tip anywhere between 10-20%, depending on your level of satisfaction.
We strive to create a calm and relaxing experience for our clients, therefore, we ask that you turn off all electronic equipment prior to entering our spa. We also ask that you talk quietly before/during/after your sessions. Inappropriate language and or behavior will result in immediate termination of your session. You will be billed for the full amount of the service and no further appointments will be scheduled.
The information requested by the spa is never supplied or sold to outside sources. It is used solely to formulate a course of treatment custom tailored to each client. We respect our clients privacy and drape conservatively, only the body part being worked on will be uncovered.
It is our policy to secure spa appointments with a credit card to help deter last minute cancellations and no-shows. Single services require a 24 hour notice or a $25 charge will be billed. Two or more services scheduled together require a 24 hour notice or a $25 charge per service/therapist will be billed. All cancellations must be done during business hours or a message may be left on our voice mail after hours. Emails and Facebook postings are not acceptable. Late arrivals will be accommodated to the best of our abilities,however, you will be charged for the original scheduled service and may not receive the full amount of time.
Gift certificates can be purchased for specific services or in monetary amounts. They are non-refundable and good for 6 months. Please let us know if we can create a certificate for your special occasion.
